The Wild Life Network

The story of Joel Arun Sursas is a real life story of how a family man with a huge heart and an unquenchable love of character took his passion for nature and turned it into an inspiring company that has expanded in the past few years from just a handful of offices into over fifty offices in over 20 nations around the globe. In his book,"The Wild Life Network", Joel describes in great detail what it was like to work within his small business as he grew his company from an original four team members to over thirty team members.

Joel Arun Sursas along with the Wild Life Network originally started out as a small boutique based in Singapore with a single worker, Joel Arun Sursas who desired to help wildlife in Africa escape extinction Joel Arun. Joel's wife had been a huge proponent of rescuing creatures and she helped to raise money to do this through fundraising efforts. After raising enough funds for the first step on the journey to rescue endangered creatures, the Wild Life Network enlarged as Joel and his wife started to take more people on as consultants and advisors.

The title Wild Life Network was originated from Joel Arun's wife's description of this community of people she worked with at the Wild Life Network. "These people are so amazing in their own generosity that I never want to leave their side". As the Wild Life Network grew in size, the Sursases decided to call it The Wild Life Network Group instead of the Wild Life Network.

Joel Arun continues with his description of exactly what it was like to run his organization and handle his workers in such a tiny office Joel Arun Sursas. "The Wild Life Network is really a small business; but the distinction is that we're accountable".

Another thing I like about Joel Arun's story is how far he concentrates on the way the company's expansion is dependent on the level of support from his team and the way he managed to build his own company even when they didn't have the required funding to sustain it. Joel states"We were able to grow even while we were working on things that didn't seem to make any sense." As you may expect, running a small business such as the Wild Life Network is quite much determined by the service your staff must give.

Joel Arun also touches on the challenges he faced with attempting to construct the organization. One challenge was actually deciding on a title for the firm. "I was thinking of seeing our company'The Wild Life Network' and we decided to utilize it for three times until we couldn't do anything else." Joel has overcome these problems and managed to receive his business going despite the challenges and continue to grow it in the very start and today he is quite pleased with the expansion that it has attained.
